- Originated AI Service and KPI Discovery in ITSI as a hackathon idea, built the initial prototype and demos, and drove its evolution through design, validation, and productionization into a shipped product capability.
- Built a stateful, multi-step AI product experience with React, TypeScript, Redux/Redux-Saga, asynchronous polling, live progress, reasoning visibility, validation, editing, review, and publishing.
- Designed Python backend orchestration with REST APIs, persistent session/result storage, lifecycle management, role-based access control, configuration, cleanup, and cross-service communication.
- Productized LangGraph-based agentic workflows for parallel LLM analysis, structured outputs, prompt/schema contracts, recommendation synthesis, and relationship mapping.
- Engineered reliable event and time-series data paths using vector-backed retrieval, datatype-aware queries, validation, safe filtering, access checks, and resilient fallbacks.
- Built production controls around LLM workflows, including telemetry, feature flags, diagnostics, failure recovery, controlled rollout, and repeatable evaluation for quality regressions.
